Food Suppliers
Suppliers of food shall meet the requirements of one of the standards endorsed by the the Global Food Safety Initiative or the ISO 22000 standard. Thus, certificates from any one of the following standards are accepted:

* BRC Global Standard Food (version 5)
* Dutch HACCP (Option B)
* FSSC 22000
* Global Red Meat Standard (version 3)
* International Food Standard (version 5)
* SQF 2000 (Level 2)
* Synergy 22000
* ISO 22000, Food Safety Management Systems


Home Cleaning Suppliers
Suppliers of home cleaning products, such as washing up powder/tablets/liquid, detergrents & softeners etc, shall meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 Standard.


Cosmetics and Personal Hygiene Suppliers
Suppliers of cosmetics and personal hygiene products, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower cream etc, shall meet the requirements of the Colipa GMP and ISO 9001:2000.


Product Testing
All products are tested before being put on the market to verify that each item is safe to consume or use, and that the quality is according to agreed specification. Spot samples are taken depending on risk to verify shelf life and nutritional values. Sensorial testing is done both in-house with a small panel, and externally with a panel of 60-70 consumers. No samples will be launched unless the consumer panel has approved the products.
