United Nordic co-ordinates purchasing and we strive to harmonize suppliers' brands and/or specifications where possible. This enables our suppliers to run longer production series and give us better prices. Thus, United Nordic works with a large number of suppliers who individually supply a uniform product range to stores throughout the Nordic countries.
We are strong in the dry food categories, such as canned fruit and vegetables, canned fish, pasta/rice/cereals, which constitute about half of our turnover of 200 million Euro annually (2008).
